| Louis Lucas Pappas, who spent his lifetime in the restaurant business, and his wife, Nancy, are involved daily in their culinary enterprises, from opening new cafes to promoting their own line of wines, oils and olives. Louis spent weeks preparing and testing every recipe while Nancy created the sets and fashioned each dish to be photographed. Editor and photographer Susan and Charles Eanes designed and published the book as Espichel Enterprises. The combined talents of the Pappas' and Eanes' have produced an exceptionally artistic culinary publication. |
