| In the casio there is only one queen, the small hall that spins on the roulette table. None of the players pays the slightest attention to the female dealers. But Takis, a med studen, doesn't go to the casino to win millions, rather to earn a day's wages. Vera words in a gym and gets a second job as a dealer. Takis and Vera become lovers. They rig a game at the roulette table, leave the money with her mother and get away to a hide-out in a friend's house. Their romantic dreams soon succumb to escape from the crime conditions they face. Instead of enjoying pockets full of cash this Greek Bonnie & Clyde couple must hide and duck the agents of the casino who have sniffed out their trail and will stop at nothing to retrieve the heist, or else... |
